Flat Sawing, Trenching, Expansion Joints, and Full Slab Removal

Precise Cuts. Controlled Dust. Debris Hauled Off.

A slab cut is only as good as everything around it: the depth, the dust, the sequencing, and what’s left when the saw shuts off. RETRO Environmental’s crews handle it all. We flat-saw floor openings, trench for utility installation, cut expansion joints, make depth-controlled cuts for overlay removal, and segment large areas of slab for removal, whether the job is a single trench or hundreds of cuts.

We Provide

  • Flat Sawing for Floor Openings and Removal
  • Trenching for Utility Installation
  • Expansion Joint Cutting
  • Depth-Controlled Cuts for Overlay Removal
  • Large-Area Slab Removal and Segmentation
  • Phased Cutting for Occupied Facilities

Silica Dust Control

RETRO cuts to OSHA’s construction silica standard, using water suppression and HEPA-filtered vacuum systems, and removes and disposes of debris as we go, so occupied areas next to the work stay in use.
