RETRO Environmental performs selective demolition: interior strip-outs, structural demolition, robotic concrete removal, and material salvage and deconstruction. Our crews survey existing conditions before work starts, then sequence each removal around the structure and systems that stay.

Our electric BROKK® remote-controlled machine handles concrete removal where conventional equipment can’t fit, with no diesel exhaust and reduced vibration and noise. We’ve used it in active hospitals, data centers with strict downtime limits, and secured federal buildings.

On LEED projects, waste diversion is tracked so documentation isn’t a scramble at the end. And because abatement and concrete are in-house too, the hazards come out and the structure comes down on one schedule.
