RETRO Environmental performs structural demolition, from a single load-bearing wall or floor opening to full structural teardowns. Our crews work from the engineer’s demolition sequence and shoring plan, removing each element in order so load paths, adjacent structure, and occupied areas stay protected.
Saw cutting, coring, and BROKK® robotic demolition are all in-house, so concrete is cut to size and removed without bringing in another sub. When structural elements carry asbestos, lead paint, or other hazardous coatings, RETRO abates and demolishes on one schedule. Debris hauling and metal recovery are part of the scope, with weight-ticket tracking available for LEED projects.
